Fly fishing roadtrip in Patagonia Chile
If you like a change of scenery, fishing on different rivers and eating local specialities, this trip is for you.
We will meet you in Puerto Montt and go directly to Puerto Varas. The next day will be the first day of fishing on the Petrohue river. We will stay about 2 days in each area. We will then go to Hornopiren, a fishing paradise on the fjord and the rio Bianco. We will then continue our roadtrip south to the Chaiten area, to fish on the lake and the rio Yelcho. From Chaiten, we will go fishing on the unmissable Futaleufu and then finish the trip with three days in Lago Verde, a fly fishing paradise.
Logistics
Meeting point: Puerto Montt.
Materials needed: fishing gear, warm clothes and rain gear.
Awards
2 persons: 7800 USD per person
4 persons: 6000 USD per person
Included: guides, transport, wine, beer, accommodation, fishing permit, return flight from Chaïten to Puerto Montt.
Not included: insurance, VISA if necessary, bar drinks.
